About this activity

Part I

I made a Little mistake in the first moment. I search a definition of carbon footprint on Wikipedia. Then in the middle of the transcription, I realize that the definition it was bad copied, but if I let it be, it won’t be a big problem.
Then I tell this to our teacher, she laugh and smile. She said that it won’t be a problem if I write a definition by myself in the back page of the paper. Then I did it

Par II

The web page of national geographic want to link my profile of Facebook to create an account for me in the web. I don’t want more accounts, i’m sick of that. But I spouse that it can’t be skipped. But then I stop the web page, it was charging the data,. In some way I escape the sign in.  When I finish the quiz, I've learned some things about recycling.

Part III

This video was funny, all the class without  pones and the same music in the background, the construction sound of the Street, and the noise of our fingers in the keyboard. I never take a quiz of national geographic, and I don't know a few things. but with the others I don't have any problems.
I pick Squeeze bottles first because is easy and it really helps to reduce space. The it goes double bag and tie food, cause is more clean, and it don’t  let the stinky smells comes out. Finally I pick get a bag for life, to do the shopping.
When I finish to write this part, I realize that I prefer to put my last choose in the first place.

RRR

Reduce, reuse and recycle. I remember to hear about this method to be more friendly with the environment, but I never put in practice in a hard way. I'm thinking that is a relevant topic, and maybe we need to take it more seriously.

About the career

When I finish school I want to study psychology, so I did. The university of Santiago it was my first university experience, but It isn't last for much time. About 3 weeks after I enter, we went on strike.

I was very upset about the institutional ways to construct knowledge, I felt my school doesn't give me the right tools to develop myself in the real areas that I'm interested, so when I get into the university I was expecting very different things. Don't take it wrong, I love Usach is a beautiful place, it has history, people that wants changes in the country, but I was no prepared. So I left the career and spend the rest of the year studding for the PSU. Then I enter here.

The university of Chile is great. In the first place I don't want to study sociology, but I can't be more happy, the people I have known are amazing. We learn so much things when we observe our friends, the ways to talk, describe, express, the eyes, the looks. Now I really fell in the claws of love.

I think the role of the sociologists is the comprehension of the world, but is not a complete understanding, instead, is a practical understanding to change the actual reality. That is what I think the sociologist do now, but I wanted to know if there is another form of society, in one moment in the future we are going to suffer a radically change, rather, this change is going to happen very slowly and may be we won't be alive to see how the society reach a conception of relationships not based in dynamics of domination. I really know very little of this topic, but for what I've understand of what I've studied, this is what I think.  For this reason I don't feel comfortable saying what I'd like to do as a sociologist in the future.

My favorite subject is Metodología de la investigación social. Our professor is Manuel Canales and he is a good teacher. In very shorts words I like to explain what I've learned. There is a hidden knowledge in the society; the way to express our thoughts, the meaning that we attribute to the words and sentences, the emotions that we feel, our understanding of the world. All this things have encapsulated in the relations between the people a truth, not an universal truth, but an a particular, beautiful and interesting way to think the reality. The groups, the conversation are unimaginably important to our nature, to our happiness and  to our life.
